The Story
I come from Villota, an estate rooted along the banks of the Ebro River in Rioja Alavesa. Here, old vines dig deep into limestone-rich soils, and Atlantic breezes temper the Spanish sun. Crafted with respect for terroir and minimal intervention, I’m fermented with care and aged thoughtfully to balance fruit, structure, and freshness.
