Vinodivino is a growing boutique wine, craft beer, and spirits shop with locations in Boston, Brookline, Marion, Newton, & Needham. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers every day by sharing our passion and providing a premium customer experience! We believe wine lovers deserve a simpler, more enjoyable way to discover amazing wines. Which is why we travel the world to find new and exciting offerings from small, family-owned artisanal producers and taste each one to make sure we love it before we let it grace our shelves. It’s why we always have a bottle open and encourage our customers to browse while they sip out of crystal stemware. We treat everyone who walks into our store as we would a guest in our home, because shopping for fine wine should be just as easy and relaxing as drinking it.

Boutique Wine Sales Associate
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Boutique Wine Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our team. Candidates with an ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of clientele along with a working knowledge of wine will receive preference.
A friendly, positive, self-starting and dedicated attitude is crucial in this position. This role has proven to be a great entry into the wine industry with a path to grow within an expanding organization. Responsibilities
- Greet, direct, and assist customers
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Facilitate purchases both in-store and online
- Maintain displays and overall shop presentation
- Conduct daily tastings
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Stay current with new offerings
Skills
- Experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate or similar role
- Experience in the wine industry in either a retail shop or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Basic knowledge of common IT platforms (Google Suite, MS Office)
- Ability to carry wine cases (40 pounds) safely up stairs
- Ability to perform in a multi-faceted environment
Boutique Wine Team Leader
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Team Leader to guide our store team, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales quotas. Candidates with a background in retail management and/or the beverage industry will receive preference.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Concierge Wine Sales professional to build strong client relationships, provide top-notch service, and implement long-term growth initiatives. Candidates with an established background in fine wines and/or the beverage industry will receive preference.
