The story: Grapes for Tiger Horse's Shiraz Mourvèdre have been sourced from traditional growers in the Swartland area of the Cape. In Swartland, the vineyards of the Reebeek Valley stretch along the lower contours of the Kasteelberg, where the climate is perfect for viticulture with low rainfall in the summer months tempered by cool afternoon breezes and the cold winters allowing the vines to rest and to build up their reserves.
