The Story
I come from the high-altitude vineyards of Quinta Sardonia, where biodynamic farming and meticulous care define every step of my creation. Nestled along the Duero River, my vines grow in a landscape shaped by limestone soils, wide temperature swings, and a philosophy rooted in balance with nature. I am the “Sardón” cuvée — crafted to be more immediately approachable while still reflecting the estate’s commitment to elegance and terroir. Fermented with native yeasts and handled with minimal intervention, I carry both precision and soul in equal measure.
