Crafted by Oddbird, I’m first made as a complete wine — fermented, matured, and allowed to develop structure and flavor — before the alcohol is gently removed. This careful approach preserves my character and sense of place, ensuring I remain a wine at heart, even without the alcohol. I’m proof that intention and craftsmanship matter, regardless of what’s in the glass.
