This 30-acre estate has been family-owned for generations and is currently overseen by Henri’s grandson, Stephane. It is one of only five estates in the tiny Palette AOC (with their neighbor, Château Simone, producing half of all wine made in the tiny AOC). The commitment to quality is absolute—every vine is certified organic, both in the farming and the winemaking.

- The Wine: 2024 Palette Rosé
- The Blend: 40% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsault.
- The Terroir: Grown on Calcaire de Langesse (limestone derived directly from the Sainte-Victoire massif).
The Craft: Manual harvest and static draining. Uniquely, 20% of the wine is aged in barrels for 8 months (with the rest in stainless steel), providing a texture and depth rarely found in rosé.
Taste Profile & Aging
This is not your average "drink immediately" rosé. While it is spectacular right out of the gate with notes of fresh melon, white peach, and crushed minerals, it is built to evolve. These wines are capable of aging for 3-5+ years, gaining complexity that allows them to pair with robust, gastronomic dishes.
