The distillery is legendary because it holds a truly heartfelt botanical heritage, originally created by Head Distiller Ciaran "Rowdy" Rooney to honor his late mother, Rose, so she could be there in spirit at his brother's wedding. To craft this poetic liquid, wild mountain roses and hand-picked flowers from her family garden are gently vapor-distilled alongside classic botanicals.
