The Story: John Lipscomb and Nuria Tobella are the soul and the strength of Finca Tobella, a project that expresses their personal approach to understanding wine: to live it and to enjoy it. Working in the Catalan municipality of Gratallops, they have dedicated themselves to making wines that are expressive of the region's unique terroir, using 100% estate-grown fruit. Bocí (singular) is a Catalan word which means a small portion of something. In this case, Bocins talks about a wine made from small portions of different grapes which come from different plots/vineyards in our estate. 

Why You'll Love Me: Pouring a deep purple, this wine offers a complex aroma bursting with ripe red fruit, licorice and hints of black pepper and vanilla. Round and jammy on the palate, its finish is even, long, and nuanced, making it an ideal partner for rich foods of any sort.
