Romain blends Syrah and Grenache to create a wine that is all about crunchy, vibrant red fruit. Expect layers of fresh raspberry, wild cherry, and a beautiful savory hit of wild thyme and lavender (that classic French garrigue). It has fine, dusty tannins and a juicy, lifted finish. Put a slight chill on this bottle and serve it with anything off the grill.
