Domaine Le Novi Blanc

Because of that cool mountain elevation, the Luberon produces some of the most exciting white wines in the south of France. This is a gorgeous, aromatic blend driven by Vermentino and Grenache Blanc. In the glass, it jumps out with incredibly fresh notes of white peach, crisp pear, lemon zest, and white flowers. It is bright, completely unoaked, and finishes with a salty, crushed-stone minerality that makes it ridiculously refreshing. It is the perfect white for a sunny afternoon or pairing alongside fresh seafood.
