• The Profile: Dominantly Grenache (approx. 64%) supported by Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault. Sourced from vines aged 60-80 years across diverse terroirs, including the famous galets roulés (rolled pebbles) and red sandstone.

• The Palate: A generous, round wine bursting with notes of raspberry, cherry compote, and Provençal spices (garrigue). It possesses a silky mouthfeel with fine tannins, making it approachable now yet capable of aging gracefully for 10-15 years.
