The pièce de résistance. Named after Frédéric’s daughters, this "Cuvée Spéciale" is produced only in top vintages from the estate's oldest vines (80 to 130 years old!) located in the finest plots, including the sandy soils of Pignan.

• The Profile: typically an equal split of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. This unique blend offers more structure and darkness than the traditional cuvée.

• The Palate: A wine of immense depth and power ("an iron fist in a velvet glove"). Expect complex layers of blueberry, blackcurrant, bay leaf, and crushed stones. The 2020 vintage brings a refined elegance, with polished tannins and a finish that lingers for minutes.
