Domaine de Pignan Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

White Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a rarity, accounting for only about 5% of the appellation's production. Domaine de Pignan’s interpretation is a stunner, crafted from vines averaging 60 years of age.

• The Profile: A blend of roughly 40% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 10% Bourboulenc, and 10% Clairette (with others). It offers a beautiful aromatic complexity of white flowers, ripe pear, and exotic fruits, underpinned by a distinct minerality from the sandy soils.

• The Palate: Fresh and elegant, with a touch of honeyed richness balanced by vibrant acidity. Aged partially in new oak to add texture without overpowering the fruit.
