The Story

I’m inspired by the rosés of Bandol, where Mourvèdre finds its most elegant expression along the Mediterranean coast. At Bedrock Wine Co., I’m crafted with that same philosophy in mind — whole-cluster pressed, fermented cool, and aged briefly to preserve both texture and freshness. My name, Ode to Lulu, is a nod to Lulu Peyraud of Domaine Tempier, a legendary figure in Provençal winemaking. I carry that spirit with me: sunlit, savory, and deeply rooted in tradition, yet unmistakably Californian in my openness and charm.
