The Story

I come from the windswept vineyards of Sta. Rita Hills, a place where Pacific breezes sweep through east-west valleys and shape Pinot Noir with striking precision. At Ampelos, sustainability and respect for the land guide everything — the vineyards are organically farmed, biodynamic in practice, and tended with the belief that great wine begins with a healthy ecosystem. As a single-vineyard expression, I’m meant to reflect the distinct personality of my site: cool climate fruit, mineral soils, and careful craftsmanship in the cellar.
