Ampeleia champions a low-intervention approach in the cellar. The grapes for Unlitro come from the estate's youngest vines situated at their lowest altitudes. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and sees a short maceration period (often including a small percentage of carbonic maceration for extra fruitiness). It is then aged for six months in cement tanks with zero oak influence, keeping the wine incredibly fresh and vibrant.
