The Story
I come from the Grand Cru vineyards of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims, where chalky soils and cool breezes shape wines of precision and poise. Crafted by Adrien Renoir — a fourth-generation vigneron who has carried his family’s legacy into organic and biodynamic practices — I am an Extra Brut expression of classic Champagne character. My blend of 50 % Chardonnay and 50 % Pinot Noir is vinified partly in oak, matured sur lies with reserve wines, and disgorged after extended aging, giving me both vibrancy and depth.
Why You’ll Love Me
I greet you with fine, pinpoint bubbles and elegant aromas of Meyer lemon, pear, and white flowers, followed by whispers of brioche and hazelnut. On the palate, freshness and textural richness dance in harmony — bright citrus energy softened by gentle creaminess, all carried on a mineral-tinged breeze. My finish is precise, lingering with chalky clarity and just a hint of savoury detail. I’m the kind of Champagne that elevates the first toast of the night and still feels right at home with dinner.
