The story: While Gelmino and Cristina Dal Bosco have long grown grapes for the local wine cooperative, they didn't begin making their own wines till 2002. Their nine hectares are farmed entirely by hand, adding love and care to every bottle they produce.

 

In your mouth: I'm the opposite of shy! My bright tones of ripe peach and citrus blossom dance across your tongue. Lively minerality provides me structure, while notes of green herbs keep me fresh.
