The Story: Grown just outside Rome, Frascati wines are grown and crated to match the big flavors of the local cuisine. At Colli di Catone, sixth-generation winemaker Antonio Pulcini works out of a 2000 year old Roman villa with vineyards planted on the local volcanic tufa part of what gives his wines their energy and character.
