The Story: Fourth-generation vigneron Adrien Renoir recently took the reins of his family’s estate, transitioning the vineyards to organic farming and introducing artisanal cellar practices. Grown exclusively in the chalky, Grand Cru village of Verzy, "Le Terroir" represents his signature style: utilizing native yeasts and oak barrels to add incredible depth and complexity to the wine.
Why You'll Love Me: It perfectly balances taut, vibrant energy with a luxurious, vinous texture. You will find an elegant bouquet of Meyer lemon, crisp yellow pear, and dried white flowers, layered with rich, bakery-fresh notes of toasted brioche and hazelnut. With a very low "Extra Brut" dosage, it finishes with a precise, mouthwatering chalky minerality that makes it exceptionally food-friendly.
