How Bordeaux Futures Works
1. Secure Your Allocation
Each spring, Bordeaux châteaux release a limited quantity of their new vintage. You browse our curated offers, accompanied by our vintage report and sommelier notes, and purchase your desired bottles now to lock in the pre-release En Primeur price.
2. The Aging Process
While you have secured ownership, the wine remains in France to complete its aging process in the barrel. This ensures the wine is bottled at the optimal moment by the estate, preserving perfect provenance.
3. Updates & Arrival
Bordeaux Futures typically arrive in the US approximately 1.5 to 3 years after the initial offer. We track the importation process and will notify you via email the moment your specific wines have landed.
4. Final Fulfillment
Once the wines are stateside and inspected, we will coordinate with you to arrange either a convenient in-store pickup or local delivery to your cellar.
