The Story: In 2013, Michi Weber and his brother partnered to found their weingut from family land holdings no longer leased out. No strangers to vineyard and cellar work, Michi was formerly the managing director of viticulture at Von Kesselstatt. The Brothers drew inspiration from their Grandfather’s way of making wine where each wine was made in an identical manner, yet the individual site reigned supreme.To that end, they champion natural/sustainable farming and minimalist cellar practices that foster true vineyard expression.
