The story: Kate Arnold Wines are proudly sourced from the winemaking empires of California, Oregon, and Washington. Kate and her husband, Jean, believe that in order to produce the best wines, one must locate the finest growing locations for each varietal.
Their winemaking philosophy focuses on minimal winemaking intervention to produce wines that are reflective of the region. They do not believe in modern, intrusive winemaking techniques that negatively disrupt the careful selection and sourcing for our grapes and wine. They do not put anything in our wine that we would not want to drink ourselves!
Kate, Jean, and their daughter, Leila, are committed to supporting smaller, family-owned grape growers. They believe in family companies and family-owned farms to support the consistency and quality of their wines.
Why you’ll love me: Bright, translucent ivory color leads to aromas of lime and citrus with a touch of peach. On the palate, notes of guava up front with lemongrass and citrus ribbons throughout. This wine has a balanced acidity, juicy mouth filling midpalate, and a clean finish.
