The Story: Sparkling Pointe is a rare winery entirely dedicated to the art of Méthode Champenoise—the traditional, labor-intensive Champagne method—right on the maritime-influenced North Fork of Long Island. Named in honor of the brilliant pinkish-peach gemstone, their "Topaz Impérial" is crafted to capture the finesse, energy, and elegance of this unique coastal terroir.
Why You'll Love Me: It is sophisticated, incredibly lively, and undeniably gorgeous in the glass. You will be greeted by a steady stream of fine bubbles and delicate aromas of wild strawberry, fresh nectarine, and a hint of white blossoms. Thanks to extended aging on its lees, it perfectly balances bright, zippy acidity with a soft, subtly creamy texture and a crisp, dry finish.
