The Story: Winemaker Olivier Giroux took over this historic estate in 2002, renaming it after his largest vineyard parcel and fully transitioning the property to certified organic farming. "En Près Forêt" is sourced from a single, 1.6-hectare plot of 40-year-old vines planted on unique, stony schist and limestone soils. Vinified 90% in stainless steel and 10% in large, neutral oak, it represents Olivier's dedication to pure, low-intervention winemaking.
