The Story: Alsina and Sarda's beginnings in grape growing can be traced back to 1862, to the estate of Cal Janes, in the municipality of El Pla del Penedès. In those days growers produced their own wines, which were then sold to traders. Decades later, at the dawn of the 1980s, they began to produce a range of sparkling wines, and in the years since have become renowned as one of the region's top producers.
Why You’ll Love Me: Hints of almond and fresh pear are elevated by a bright, lively mouthfeel and a fresh finish.
