The Story: A cooperative focused on sustainability and quality, Vignobles Foncalieu has been producing wines in southern France since 1967. From the gates of Carcassonne to the shores of the Mediterranean, they draw on a wide range of unique terroirs. Only 250 acres of this rare grape used in this rosé, Piquepoul Noir -- remain. Grown in Southern France for centuries, it is originally from the Languedoc and is one of the 13 grapes permitted in Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Why You'll Love Me: Crisp, refreshing and fruit-forward, this rosé offers delicate aromas of crushed rose petals with lemony notes, followed by a dry finish with fresh strawberry and cranberry flavors.
