To pull off a true, traditional Irish whiskey, the team at GrandTen Distilling partnered with a legendary heritage distillery in Ireland (relying on classic copper pot stills and a malted barley-forward mash bill) to source the liquid before bringing it across the ocean to be finished, labeled, and bottled inside their historic, converted iron foundry in Beantown. By marrying Old World distillation methods with a gritty, modern East Coast soul, it beautifully bridges ancestral Irish roots with local Boston craftsmanship.
