While almost every vodka on earth relies on cheap, industrial grains like wheat, rye, or corn, Barr Hill completely shatters the template by distilling its vodka entirely from $100\%$ raw, unpasteurized northern wildflower honey. It takes roughly three to four pounds of pure honey to produce just a single bottle.
