The Story: Domaine Curveux is a family-run estate located in the town of Fuissé, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The estate has been passed from father to son for four generation, with the property currently being managed by Guillaume Curveux. Their eight-hectare vineyard covers the expanse of three villages: Solutré, Chaintré, and Fuissé. The vines benefit from the prized clay and limestone soil of the region.

Why You'll Love Me: A pale gold with green hue in color, the wine displays an aromatic bouquet of green apple, pear, white peach, husk cherries and lily. It is medium-bodied with a nice, rich mouthfeel that is round and creamy without being opulent, while a bright acidity at the finish keeps it nice and refreshing.
