The Story: In March 2014 the Italian vintner Martin Foradori Hofstätter, from Italy's most northern region Alto Adige, took the opportunity to revive this traditional winery, known for its excellent Rieslings. The selection "Weingut Dr. Fischer" Steinbock takes its name from a play of words: Steinbock means ibex in German and Bockstein is the estate's most representative vineyard.
