The story: The history of Maison de Champagne Haton begins in 1610 under the regime of Louis XIII with the acquisition of the first plot of land of Damery for François Haton. In 1928, Octave Haton gave new momentum to the family operation by introducing the proper champagne vinification. Proud of his roots and looking to the future, the Haton family embodies almost four centuries of champagne history. Today, Haton house cultivates 60 hectares of vines, spread around Damery, the historic family village where they remain to this day.
Why you’ll love me: A brilliantly strawberry-flavored rosé, this is crisp and fresh with lively acidity. There's a tight citrus texture, but the main thrust of this delicious summer rosé is fruitiness.
