Tucked away in the prestigious, cool climate of the high-altitude Uco Valley, the estate relies strictly on low-yield viticulture and meticulous hand-picking to guarantee maximum fruit concentration. For the "Generaciones Gran Corte" (Generations Great Blend), the hand-selected grapes are fermented in small, artisanal batches before spending a patient 14 months maturing in French oak barrels. The result is a deeply personal, small-scale bottle that trades mass commercialism for authentic Andean character.
