The story: 22 hectares of land make up the beautiful estate of Domaine de la Gypière in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The name of the estate is derived from the gypsum quarries located beside the vines, while the wine's name pays homage to Armoise de Molinier, a plant from the region who only grows in a couple places in the world.
In your mouth: Beautiful floral hints accent the nose before the first sip. Light, easy-drinking and fruity, notes of red and white raspberry, and slight citrus. Its gorgeous dry finish will surprise you and leave your palate begging for more. Sip this with your friends while you chat on the patio in the sun, or enjoy it with a light meal.
