In your mouth: I was produced in the “Ancestral Method” to achieve my sparkle: bottled before completing fermentation allowed the carbon dioxide to get trapped in the bottle and dissolved in the juice. On the palate, I have lots of minerality and charming strawberry fruit flavors.
