The story! While he is better known for his Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Phillipe Bravay, brings us this beautifully balanced Cotes-du-Rhone from right on the border with CdP. He uses organic growing techniques and limits his yields strictly to amp up the flavor.
In your mouth: I am aged in concrete to preserve the freshness and purity of fruit without being subdued by oak. On the nose I offer up notes of berries, flowers, and a touch of herb. On the palate I am medium bodied and full of finesse and the rich flavor the Rhone is loved for.
