In your mouth: I am a perfectly balanced white blend. Leading with aromas of baked pie crust, grapefruit, and lemon oil, I continue on the palate with grapefruit, thyme, tarragon, eucalyptus and mocha. I see six months of sur-lie aging which contribute a roundness in beautiful harmony with my bright acidity throughout an extended finish.
