The story:  On 18 picturesque hectares, this 27 year old vineyard sits majestically on a bed of gravel, clay, and chalk. Eric Boissenot, winemaker, ferments the wine for 21 days on the skins in stainless steel and cement tanks. Aging lasts 16-18 months in oak casks (30% new wood annually). Ultimately, he delivers a well balanced and complex wine!
