The story: The Cheurlin family has been perfecting their craft since 1788, when a Catholic priest started making bubbly in the town of Aube not too far from Reims. Seven generations later, the family is still working the fields. Their specialty is wine with very little sugar added in the dosage, for an impeccably dry finish.
