The story: Once upon a time, the Loire Valley was the ocean floor. In many vineyards the soil is still defined by those mineral deposits, which add a focused minerality to the wine. Sounds similar to the terrior of Chablis!
In your mouth: Crisp melon and floral aromas with a crisp and clean finish. I spend no time in oak, so there's nothing creamy or buttery about me. I drink surprisingly similar to a Sauvignon Blanc! Be sure to grab me for your next outdoor event.
