The story!  Battle Creek Cellars is all about getting the most out of the land while limiting their environmental impact. Winemaker Sarah Cabot has been crafting wine in Willamette for the past eight year. Her wines are made with precision and, above all, passion.

In your mouth: Earthy and rustic, I'm exactly what you want with quality Oregon Pinot. Classic ripe cherry fruits fall right into place mid-sip, joined by a hint of brambly berries and a touch of cinnamon spice. I'm delightful sipped alone, but don't worry: I play well with food too.
