The story: Banyan Wines is the product of father-son team Somchai and Kenny Likitprakong. Born with a mutual passion for wine and a shared Thai heritage, the duo wanted to make wines that best paired with traditional Asian cuisine. All of Banyan's wines are produced with organic or biodynamic methods, and naturally fermented.
In your mouth: At first, I've got big fruit notes of peach, apricot and nectarine, but after a minute I'll settle down. My freshness takes you on a roller coaster of flavors. Not too sweet, but not too dry, I ace the test in every flavor department.
