What are your store hours?

Every store is open Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 8:30PM and on Sundays from 12PM to 6PM.

How do I order online:
 
Placing an order online gives you a simple, hassle-free way to order bottles to be delivered to you, set aside for in-store pickup, or shipped to your destination of choice. 
 
Step 1: Find your treats!
Browse our selection of wine, liquor, beer and accessories. We’ve set up a large number of handy categories on the left-hand menu for you to narrow your search, including by varietal, style, and price, among others. 
Each bottle will have Tasting Notes featured online, the same as in-store. This wealth of information is there for you to read up on each item you are looking to purchase all in one location. If you have any questions, feel free to call any of our stores during business hours and we will be pleased to help you make your selections.  
 
Step 2: Proceed to checkout & Create your account
Once you're ready, choose the number of bottles under “Quantity.” When you’re done shopping, click on “VIEW CART.” Your CART lets you check your order and add Gift Wrapping. Click on "Proceed to check-out". 

 
Step 3: Billing Information
Either create or log-in to your account. Please note that we never sell or give your information to anyone, privacy is a priority for us. Input or edit your Billing information as needed.
 
Step 4: Pick-up or Delivery
Select Pickup, Delivery or Shipping. Reminder that if you order before 5pm, we deliver your bottles the same day for only $1.95!

Delivery notes: there is a 2 bottle minimum for deliveries, but no limitations on in-store pickup. Someone 21 or older able to show a valid ID must be home at the time of delivery.
 
Step 5: Review and Place your Order 
Review your order and include any special instructions. Enter your credit card information and click “Place My Order.” You will receive an email confirmation and you are one step closer to your favorite beverages!
 
On occasion, the store you selected for pick-up might out of the bottles you selected, or we’ve run out of stock by the time we’re filling your order, which is a possibility with popular offers. Rest assured we’ll work as quickly as possible to get your order together and we won’t charge your card until we’ve actually put together your order. You will receive a final email when your order is ready to pick-up, or has shipped.

click here. Gift certificates must be purchased separately and cannot be purchased during a regular bottle purchase order online.

Can I have bottles delivered?

Yes you can. If you live close to one of our stores, you even have delivery options! Order online from vinodivino.com (or you can email us or call your local store) for same day delivery, logon to instacart.com/vinodivino or your smartphone app for 1 hour delivery (Brookline, Newton, Boston and parts of Cambridge), and COMING SOON is drizly.com for the Needham store.

Can you ship outside of Massachusetts?

We can ship wine only (sorry, no liquor or beer) everywhere in the United States. We love our wines, we pack them very well using special Fedex wine boxes to guarantee safe delivery when the bottle(s) arrive at their destination. Shipping prices depend on the delivery location. Shop online on our homepage here and choose the Fedex Shipping method at checkout for shipping charges. 


Do you have tastings in your stores?

Yes we do! It's always free and you never have to buy anything, although you are probably going to fall in love with a wine or two… We open four different wines at each tasting, tell you all about them, and answer any questions you may have. We like make tastings fun in a relaxed yet educational environment.

Tastings are at least twice a week: on Friday from 5pm to 7pm at all the stores, on Saturday from 4pm to 7pm at Brookline and Boston stores, and from 2pm to 5pm at Needham and Newton stores. Join us, it’s always a great way to celebrate the weekend!

I have an event at home, can you come to me and help host a tasting?

 We have one motto for coming to your home: you name it, we do it. We have:

  • WSET Advanced Level Staff that can put together a personalized tasting to fit your audience, beverage preferences, a theme for a region or grape varietal, or even the food being served.
  • TIPS certified servers to pour wine and beer that are friendly and knowledgeable, perfect pairing to any gathering.
  • Caterers that we work with to provide you everything from appetizers and desserts or a full three course meal.  
  • Something for every budget. We have real crowd pleasers under $10 a bottle. What we're trying to get at is that we can customize a tasting to fit your needs!

I went on vacation last summer and I loved this wine, can you find it?

We can special order any wine that is distributed in Massachusetts. The best part, we don’t charge you extra! Just tell us everything you know about it and we will work to find it. For more information on Special Orders, click here..

Do you accept returns?


Of course, we want you to have the best experience with all of our bottles. If your bottle is corked or has any flaw we will always exchange it or refund you, it's a matter of trust for us. If for any reason you take home a bottle and don't like it, change your mind or even your dinner plans, we will always exchange it. Please note that we will need your receipt. For returns on accessories, only unopened items can be exchanged.


Do you have discounts?

Yes we do for orders that meet the following volume: 

  • 6 - 11 bottles (mixed): 5% discount
  • 12+ bottles (mixed): 10% discount
  • 12+ bottles (same): 15% discount

Do you have Gift Certificates?
 

Yes we do, and they are one of the best ways to please a wine lover. There is no minimum and they never expire. Gift cards come with a nice box and ribbon, ready to be gifted. Gift Cards can only be used in-store. Your giftee can buy any item in the store and can still benefit from sales and discounts at the time of purchase. 

Purchase Gift Cards online here or include them in your order when you check out in-store.
