    The story: The Loire Valley is most well-known for its Sauvignon Blanc (particularly Sancerre) and has set the bar for what this wine should be like. It thrives in cool climates, which is where the hallmark freshness comes from. 

    In your mouth: I'm so crisp and so clean! If you can't decide whether to get a Sauvignon Blanc from France or New Zealand, then I'm the perfect choice. I have a bit of lemon zest, grapefruit, gooseberry, and a bit of white peach to me. What's not to love?
