The story: The Guido family has been in the wine trade since 1925! Interestingly enough, they have adopted a few modern techniques such as soft pressing, refrigeration, and crio-maceration which, when combined with traditional winemaking methods, have only improved their finished product!
In your mouth: I am light and mineral-driven. At first, I am flowery, fresh, and savory! Admittedly, I'm a bit nutty, but I promise my sound and elegant nature are well-complemented by my playfulness.
