The 2009 vintage was relatively dry, warm and trouble free. The small clusters and miniscule berries produced a wine that is deep, lush and neatly balanced. The dominant themes are dark berries, cherries, rose petal, red plum, brown spice and smoke. This is a forward, approachable wine that displays the beautiful floral/mineral character typical of Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. From the Winemaker
